Wedding Coordinator
As coordinators we LOVE making your wedding day beautiful! We are experts at making the day flow wonderfully and be as stress free as possible. Ink & Ivory has a list of preferred vendors that we are happy to share! We typically start working with our couples about 6 months prior to your wedding. We will send checklists and reminders to help keep your planning process on track, we will help conduct your rehearsal, but we really shine on your BIG DAY! As your coordinators we we will have detailed binder of all of your wants and needs for the big day. Ink & Ivory will be the point of contact for your vendors, we handle set up of most of the decor, help keep the timeline on track, flawlessly send you and your bridal party down the aisle and back, break down most ceremony decor, pack away your gifts and any special items.
