We like to keep things simple. So when you choose Ink + Ivory to be your coordinators for your wedding day, we offer only ONE package that includes the full attention of TWO coordinators from the moment you hire us, whether it be a month before you walk down the aisle or a year in advance.
From the checklists we send to keep you on track to a flawlessly timed ceremony, we are here to make your special day perfect and relaxing, making our Day-Of services go far beyond just the big day!

Initial Meet + Greet:
Let’s grab a coffee and see if we’re a good fit for you! In this first meeting we will go over the vision you have
for your wedding and see if we can help make that come to life (we totally can)
Walk-Through + Rehearsal:
Yay, this means you hired us! This walk-through with your coordinators is very important because it’s when
we discuss where you want everything to go, what we should prepare for going forward, and the overall flow of the wedding. The week of your wedding, we co-lead a rehearsal with your officiant. We will work on ceremony timing and conduct at least two walk-throughs of the ceremony to ensure everything will run smoothly. We help the bridal party remember little details like walking slow, smiling, and where and how to stand.
We will also go over the exit plan and where everyone needs to be and when. Practice makes PERFECT!
The Big Day: (Up to 8 hours)
Your coordinators will be at the venue to oversee all aspects of set-up. From vendor direction to perfecting centerpieces, we will make sure everything is where you want it to be! We will guide you through the ceremony, into your reception, and through the major events such as cake-cutting,
dances, and games. Ink + Ivory will pack up gifts, cards, and your personal items. We will prepare Grand Exit details and begin minimal breakdown before leaving you to enjoy your night!

Provide a LEGENDARY emergency kit
Provide periodic checklists/reminders
Provide planning sheets, vendor recommendations, and a planning timeline
Design element assistance (feel free to bounce ideas off of us if you need another opinion!)
Offer fashion input
Face-to-face meetings prior to wedding day
Walk-through of venue beforehand
Review vendor contracts
Create timeline for wedding day, print or email to all necessary parties
Co-lead your rehearsal with your officiant
Arrive at venue early to set up all décor and rentals day-of
Oversee vendor arrival and direction on wedding day
Organize/assist with all outfits and boutonnieres/corsages day-of
Special table set-up (heaven table, sweets table, photo booth, etc)
Coordinate ceremony processional
Offer etiquette advice
Assistance with your wedding website
Gather final head count (call guests who have not RSVP’d)
Oversee sound checks
Manage unruly guests
Deal with any problems that may arise
Coordinate grand entrance
Make sure transitions are smooth day-of
Make sure client’s personal items are packed up or somewhere safe
Load gifts/cards into car or space place after ceremony
Organize all printed materials (programs, menus, name cards, etc.)
Delegate small wedding day tasks (who will straighten the bride’s dress, carry the rings, etc.)
Give you a stress-free day!
